HomePro Service Group Collaboration

Stop Buying Leads. Start Building Your Own Customer Network.

A shared CRM and marketing platform built for local home service providers, by local home service providers.

No middlemen. No lead reselling. No bidding wars.

Limited to approximately 700 providers across South Florida, from Port St. Lucie to Miami-Dade.

What if the customers you’re already serving could help grow your business—and every other business in your network?

HomeProSGCO brings independent South Florida home service professionals together around one shared hub: the HomeProSGCO app. We bring the technology. You bring your service and your referral circle, and the app multiplies it.

One network. Shared resources. More opportunities for everyone.

The Network

Nine Home-Service Industries. One South Florida Team.

HomeProSGCO is being built as a community of independent pros across nine home-service industries. Each of you keeps your own business, your own customers and your own way of working; together we grow as one network.

  1. Construction, Remodeling & Structural
  2. Roofing, Exterior & Weatherproofing
  3. HVAC, Ventilation & Heating
  4. Electrical, Solar, Security & Technology
  5. Plumbing, Water & Septic
  6. Interior Design, Flooring & Finishes
  7. Landscaping, Outdoor Living & Grounds
  8. Cleaning, Environmental & Restoration
  9. Property Services, Inspection & Moving

Our part is the technology. The HomeProSGCO app and our CRM team connect the network to homeowners across South Florida when they search for home improvement and repairs, and send each request to the pros who do that work in that area.

The Problem

You’re Already Paying to Build Someone Else’s Business.

Every month, local service providers spend money on:

  1. 01Lead fees
  2. 02Advertising campaigns
  3. 03Paid business listings
  4. 04Platforms that send the same customer inquiry to multiple competing contractors
  5. 05Marketing that stops producing visibility when the payments stop

Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, Facebook, Craigslist, and other platforms all offer ways to reach customers.

But here’s something worth thinking about:

They work because local businesses pay to reach customers through them.

The contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, appliance technicians, and other service professionals are already funding much of the marketing that brings homeowners to these platforms.

And month after month, providers continue paying to reach the same local market.

What if we worked together to build our own?

The Reality

We Already Have the Customers. We’re Just Not Connected.

Every day, home service providers interact with homeowners throughout South Florida.

  • An electrician on a ladder working on wiring in a home

    An electrician finishes an installation.

  • A plumber kneeling in a kitchen with his tools

A plumber repairs a leaking pipe.

  • A roofer drilling on a metal roof

    A roofer replaces a roof.

  • A technician with a tool belt kneeling beside a refrigerator

An appliance technician repairs a refrigerator.

Each business builds relationships with customers who will eventually need other home services.

But most of those relationships remain isolated within each business.

The opportunity isn’t just finding new customers. It’s making better use of the customer relationships we already have.

  • HomeProSGCO brings the technology: the app and the CRM team.
  • You bring your service and your referral circle.
  • Share visibility without selling customer information.

Build a local customer network that grows stronger with every participating provider.

Your Next Customer May Already Know Someone in the Network.

Imagine three independent service providers.

  • Electrician: 30 customers per month
  • Plumber: 30 customers per month
  • Roofer: 30 customers per month
  1. 1

    Working independently

Working independently, each business has its own customer relationships.

  2. 2

    Connected through HomeProSGCO

When a customer needs a service the provider doesn’t offer, the provider refers them to the HomeProSGCO app, and the HomeProSGCO CRM team routes the request to the right pro.

  3. 3

    One collaborative network

Three providers. 90 potential customer connections. One collaborative network.

  • The electrician’s customers may eventually need plumbing.
  • The plumber’s customers may need roofing.
  • The roofer’s customers may need electrical work.

Through the HomeProSGCO app, each provider’s customers can reach every other service in the network. The HomeProSGCO app is the hub that connects homeowners and network pros.

That’s three times the potential audience each provider had independently, assuming all 90 customers are unique and participate.

And it doesn’t require purchasing those customers as leads. It starts with the relationships providers have already built.

Your Reach

More Providers. More Customer Connections.

30monthly customer relationships, a provider working alone
4,500potential monthly customer connections, a team of 150 providers

With 150 providers, the customers of the other 149 become people who can find you through the HomeProSGCO app.

The Power of 700 Local Businesses.

700 providers × 30 customers = 21,000 monthly customer interactions.

From 30 Customers to a Potential Network of 21,000

That’s a theoretical 700× audience multiplier, or 69,900% greater potential reach than a single provider’s 30-customer base.

  • Not through purchasing 21,000 leads.
  • Not through paying for 21,000 clicks.
  • But through a network of local businesses helping customers discover services they may need.

We’re not trying to sell the same lead to five contractors. We’re trying to become the first place a homeowner looks when they need a local professional.

These figures illustrate potential network reach, not guaranteed impressions, leads, or customers. Actual reach depends on unique customers, their participation and consent, service relevance, and network activity.

How HomeProSGCO Works

One Local Network. Independent Businesses. Shared Opportunities.

  1. 1

Step 1 — Join the Collaboration

Qualified local home service providers join HomeProSGCO and become part of a growing South Florida service network.

Each provider maintains their own business, customers, pricing, and operations.

  2. 2

Step 2 — Establish Your Business Presence

Each participating provider receives a professional business profile within the network.

Founding providers also receive a professionally designed landing page as part of the introductory offer.

Homeowners can discover your services, learn about your business, and contact you directly.

  3. 3

Step 3 — Connect Through the Shared CRM

The shared customer relationship management system helps organize inquiries, service requests, referrals, and follow-ups.

Customers can discover additional participating providers when they need another service.

Customer information is used and shared according to customer permissions—not sold as leads.

  4. 4

Step 4 — Grow Through Everyday Customer Relationships

As providers serve customers, they can refer them to the HomeProSGCO app for the services they don’t offer. The HomeProSGCO CRM team routes each request to the right service-category team in that area.

A homeowner who uses a plumber today may return to the network for an electrician next month or a roofer next year.

  5. 5

Step 5 — Build Our Own Local Marketing Power (Phase 2)

Once the network is established, participating providers share the cost of campaigns designed to attract new homeowners.

Instead of 700 businesses each funding separate advertising efforts, we can build a recognizable local brand together.

Why Traditional Referrals Don’t Scale

Referrals Shouldn’t Depend on Memory. They Should Be Built Into the System.

How Referrals Usually Work

  • A customer asks their plumber if they know a good electrician.
  • The plumber might remember someone.
  • They might search their phone.
  • They might forget to follow up.
  • The referral may never happen.

Even when it does, there’s usually no organized system to track it.

How HomeProSGCO Changes That

  1. 1The customer asks for a service you don’t offer
  2. You refer the customer to the HomeProSGCO app
  3. 3The HomeProSGCO CRM team routes the request
  4. 4The right local pro, in that category and service area, gets it
  • Participating providers become part of a searchable local service network.
  • Customers can discover professionals offering services beyond the one they originally needed.
  • Providers refer customers to the HomeProSGCO app, never to each other.
  • The CRM helps organize referrals, customer inquiries, and follow-up activity.

Instead of depending entirely on memory and personal contacts, referrals become part of an organized process.

Every completed job becomes another opportunity to introduce a homeowner to the network.

The goal isn’t to eliminate marketing. It’s to stop starting from zero every time we need another customer.
