About 700 providers. About 3 in your county and category.

In Your County and Your Category, You’re One of About 3. Not One of 700.

Approximately 700 sounds like a lot of competition. Broken down, it isn’t:

  1. 5countiesMiami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie
  2. 87service categorieshome-service categories across nine industries, from roofing to moving
  3. ~3pros per county, per categoryat most: the pros who form the network there

The network spans a large number of categories, and in each county we work with only about 3 pros per category. However many providers join, they spread across all 87 categories and five counties, so your share of the network stays small and local.

This Isn’t Another Lead Marketplace

We’re Building Something Different.

Traditional lead marketplaces often charge businesses for customer inquiries, advertising visibility, or premium placement. HomeProSGCO takes a different approach.

  • No Lead Reselling

We don’t build our business around selling the same homeowner inquiry to multiple competing providers.

  • No Bidding Wars

Providers aren’t required to outbid one another for placement.

  • Independent Customer Relationships

Each provider maintains direct relationships with their own customers.

  • Shared Visibility

Customers discover other relevant local services through the HomeProSGCO app.

  • Local Focus

We’re concentrating on the communities we already serve throughout South Florida.

  • Shared Growth

The goal is to build a network that benefits participating providers and the homeowners who use it.

Instead of competing to buy access to customers, we’re collaborating to create a better way to reach and serve them.

Why We Limit the Network to Approximately 700 Providers

Bigger Isn’t Always Better. Better Is Better.

HomeProSGCO isn’t trying to sign up every contractor in America.

We’re building a focused regional collaboration of approximately 700 qualified home service providers.

Our service area covers five counties: St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade.

We want the right mix of services, geographic coverage, and participating businesses. That means considering:

  • Service categories and specialties
  • Areas served
  • Professional qualifications
  • Customer service standards
  • The number of providers already participating in each category

The goal is to avoid unnecessary oversaturation while giving homeowners useful choices.

Every provider should contribute to making the network more valuable—not simply making it larger.

Phase 1: Now

Prove What a Free Referral Network Can Do.

In Phase 1, the network is the referral loop: when a customer asks for a service you don’t offer, you refer them to the HomeProSGCO app, and the HomeProSGCO CRM team routes the request to the right service-category team in that service area.

HomeProSGCO brings the technology: the app, the connecting platform, and the CRM team. You bring your service and your small referral circle. Across the network, it multiplies.

Phase 1 is free: no setup fee and no recurring membership charge.

Planned Phase 2 membership: approximately $75–$250 per month by service category, explained below. Not charged in Phase 1.

Phase 2: Later

Our Long-Term Plan: Shared Marketing, Shared Infrastructure, Shared Costs

First We Build the Network. Then We Build Its Marketing Power.

The initial stage of HomeProSGCO focuses on connecting providers, establishing business profiles, organizing customer relationships, and developing the referral network.

This is where we begin creating value through collaboration without requiring every business to purchase additional advertising.

But our long-term vision goes further. As the platform becomes fully operational, we plan to introduce shared monthly membership contributions. Those contributions will support:

  • Shared Cloud Infrastructure

Keeping our platform, CRM, business profiles, and customer-facing services running reliably.

  • Shared Local Marketing

Funding coordinated campaigns to bring new South Florida homeowners into the network.

  • Shared Customer Support

Helping cover staff who answer calls, assist homeowners, and coordinate inquiries.

  • Shared Platform Improvements

Continuing to improve the tools, features, and services that support participating businesses.

Instead of every provider carrying these expenses independently, we share the costs across the network.

Fair Contributions for Different Types of Businesses

Not every home service business operates the same way.

An appliance technician may serve more customers monthly but earn less per job.

A roofing contractor may complete fewer projects but earn considerably more per project.

That’s why our planned monthly membership pricing will vary by service category.

Our goal is to make professional marketing infrastructure and shared support more affordable than each provider building and funding comparable resources alone.

Share the expenses. Expand the opportunities. Keep the customer relationships local.

Estimated future membership: $75–$250 per month.

  • $75/monthApproximately, for smaller-ticket, higher-frequency service categories such as appliance repair.
  • $200/monthApproximately, for larger-project categories such as roofing.
  • $250/monthUp to, for qualifying higher-value service categories.

These are planned rates, not charges that begin immediately. Final category pricing and the start of paid membership will be communicated before activation.

When Does Paid Membership Begin?

We Build Value Before We Ask Providers to Fund Expansion.

  1. 1

    Founding provider phase

Onboarding, business visibility, and establishing the shared CRM. There will be no recurring membership charge during this initial phase.

  2. 2

    Network operational

Providers will receive advance notice of their category’s monthly rate, the services included, and the membership start date.

  3. 3

    Paid membership

Planned for a later stage, when the network is ready to support shared marketing campaigns, expanded infrastructure, and customer service staffing.

No surprise subscription. No automatic transition without clear pricing and authorization.

A Message From the Founder

Why I’m Building HomeProSGCO

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in the home improvement industry, including 15 years operating my own handyman service.

I understand what it’s like to run a local service business.

Finding customers is only one part of the work. You still have to answer calls, schedule appointments, provide estimates, complete jobs, handle expenses, and maintain relationships with the people who trust you in their homes.

And somewhere in between all that, you’re expected to keep paying for advertising and leads.

What I’ve learned over the years is that good service providers already have something extremely valuable. Customer relationships.

Every day, we’re working in homes throughout our communities. An electrician may have a customer who needs plumbing. A plumber may know someone who needs roofing. A handyman may work for a homeowner who needs HVAC service.

Yet most of us operate separately, paying to advertise to the same communities while overlooking the opportunities that already exist between us.

That never made much sense to me. So I started thinking about what could happen if we organized ourselves differently.

What if we shared a CRM? What if we referred our customers to one shared app that connects them with other qualified local providers? What if we divided the cost of marketing, technology, and eventually even customer support staff? What if hundreds of local businesses could build a network that homeowners actually remembered and returned to?

That’s the idea behind HomeProSGCO. HomePro Service Group Collaboration.

I’m not looking to build another national lead-selling company. I’m looking to bring together approximately 700 local providers who understand that working together in the right way can create opportunities we may never have working alone.

We’re starting small. We’re building the network first. And we’re inviting local professionals who see the value in building something together.

If that sounds like the kind of business community you’d want to be part of, I’d welcome your application.

Let’s build something that works for us—and for the homeowners we serve.
